Group Supervision

Supervision can help us move out of our thinking mind and into a place of wonder. It can allow us to pause, distill, reflect, and question. It’s a place to bring our curiosities and our insecurities.

My approach to therapy draws from pain reprocessing therapy, narrative, psychodynamic, and attachment-based frameworks. I specialize in working with kids, teens and parents, as well as adults with chronic pain and anxiety.

I love talking about the mind-body connection and felt responses that guide us through the messiness of being therapists and human beings. The power of group supervision comes from being in the mess together, and trusting our collective nervous system to hold it all. My framework for supervision is arts-based, strength-based, and phenomenological.

If you have any questions or would like to register for Watering Seeds, please email me at hello@briannakestle.com and let me know the dates you are interested in, or fill out the supervision form below. If we haven’t worked together before, I will schedule a 15 minute call with you to see if it feels like a good fit.
